Chamber represented by
the training center organizes a training program entitled (leadership and
administrative creativity ) embraced in the Chamber branch in the province of Qatif Monday August 29, 2016.
The program, which is held for three training days from 5 pm until 9 pm
discussed several topics including: the concept of leadership and management
and creativity, the importance of leadership, the difference between leadership
and management, and the seven qualities of the successful leader, methodology leaders
making, steps of making leaders, the components of management creativity, hardships
of administrative creativity, strategies for dealing with administrative
creativity obstacles, and methods of generating creative ideas.
The program, which is targeting the departments directors and heads of
departments and supervisors, about leadership being the ability to influence
and motivate people to achieve goals, and is one of the most important factors that
must be in the administrative person to achieve the goals of institutions with the
highest degree of efficiency and effectiveness.
